All towns and cities should be built with cycle friendliness and cycle safety as a top priority.
All towns and cities should be built with cycle friendliness and cycle safety as a top priority.
How about every city conducting an "OK Commuter" campaign to increase their "cycle to work" percentage to at least 30% - 40% by 2020? (Maybe Oxford and Cambridge could adopt a bigger target)
