I would like to know how usually the international outreach takes place.
Are there usually kind of meetings or exchanges of experience in the climate change campaign among the different countries?

I just posted a new topic (didn't notice you had already started something similar). British Council in Sri Lanka has an interesting approach - it's a cartoon contest. Though it is in a funnier note, it seems to be generating awareness on this serious issue in a lighter way. Take a look - http://www.britishcouncil.org/srilanka-projects-cartoon-contest.htm.
