A US government whistleblower tells Panorama how scientific reports about global warming have been systematically changed and suppressed. The Bush administration has resisted calls to engage in Kyoto, and has been accused of a systematic campaign of disinformation and harassment against the scientific community - gagging scientists, re-writing major reports, and allowing the oil and coal industries to drive policy.
