Hi, wasnt the London Protest the best thing ever?!?!?!

Hi, im not sure anyone will read this, but if they do, then i just want to say how great the day was. We travelled all the way from Bangor, North wales, and had to get up at 4am!!! We travelled down and arrived at 12, just in time. We chanted and danced, if you saw 4 girls dancing, that was us! we stuck stickers on police when they wernt looking, and we called at a guy to join us from the street, and he did!!!! He was called Michael and he was Polish, that was so great! Oh, and at the end, when the speeches where on, there were two girls powering the Rinky Dink, that was us too!!!!!!! Oh, it was the best weekend ive ever had, i just wanted to say so thats all! um, well, reply if you want to tell someone what you did on the day i spose! I just want to tell everyone how great it was!!! Ok, bye!

I also travelled quite a way, organising the coach from Liverpool. I only had to get up at 4:30am (!!) because we aren't quite as far away as Bangor!
I'm sure the people at the CCC office acknowledge that this was the first real national UK demo on climate change as the previous ones mainly attracted people from London. That is something that has been a long time coming but is finally here, and will make it easier to get people from further afield involved in future.

Tigerlily... were you one of the 'fairy' girls running around with flowers?
I had a top time too. I didn't have to travel quite so far (just from Angel) but I loved it just as much as. The atmosphere was fun and friendly and I made some cool new friends. It was great to see everyone come together around climate for once!
When the UN meets for the next round of the climate talks in France (next summer) we should all head there for the weekend...now that reaaly would be fun!
