This to let people know that I have posted a plain text version of the notice about the Dec 3rd march on several different internet forums and several different news groups. Some of the news groups have a very fast turnover of messages so I'll carry on posting the notice on those news groups at regular intervals. I've attached a copy of the plain text version of the notice and also a file containing URLs for the forums and the names of the news groups that I have posted the notice to.
